Renovation scope

From a focused upgrade to a whole-house rebuild.

The scope is shaped by the building, the people using it and the level of change required. We make the dependencies visible before the programme is agreed.

01

Existing-building review

Access, condition, structure, services and constraints considered before sequencing begins.

02

Coordinated construction

Strip-out, alterations, services, rooms and specialist packages ordered as one working plan.

03

Interiors & handover

Joinery, bathrooms, decoration and final details completed as part of the same accountable delivery.

Structural phase of the Notting Hill Victorian house rebuild
Complex work, clear stages

What is behind the finish matters.

The Notting Hill project was stripped back and structurally rebuilt over approximately three years. It is the clearest evidence of our ability to connect heavy construction with precise final interiors.

  • Scope and construction assumptions
  • Sequence around access and occupied neighbours
  • Coordination with drawings and wider project professionals
  • Progress communication and documented decisions

Every renovation programme is property-specific. Design information, approvals, access, structural discoveries, lead times and specification can all affect timing and cost.

Flagship projects

Two different scales of residential transformation.

Notting Hill demonstrates a full structural rebuild. Portobello demonstrates a bespoke top-floor interior fit-out without a structural rebuild claim.

Questions

Before we begin.

Can you renovate a property in stages?

Potentially. The stages need to respect services, access, protection and the risk of repeating work. We assess that during scope planning.

Can you work with our architect or designer?

Yes. We can review the issued information, raise practical questions and coordinate the construction sequence with the wider project team.

Do you undertake structural work?

Our Notting Hill project included major structural work. Any new project is reviewed against its own design information, approvals and specialist requirements.

When can you provide a firm quotation?

After enough scope, site and specification information is available. Early ranges are planning guidance, not a confirmed quote.

Tell us what the property needs to become.

Send the postcode, priorities, approximate budget, ideal timing and any photos or drawings. We aim to reply within one working day.
